Role: MES Consultant

Location: Milan, Italy

Employment Type: Permanent ONLY

Experience: 8 to 20 Years (relevant experience ONLY)

Work Mode: Remote with occasional travel to client office

Language: English and Italian

Job Description

1. Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions is mandatory.
2. Proficiency in AVEVA MES Modules: Performance, Operations, and Quality.
3. Knowledge of AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA InTouch, and/or OMI.
4. Good understanding of Production Scheduling, Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy, Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation.
5. Ability to prepare and understand functional requirements for MOM and Manufacturing IT systems.
6. Experience in translating Business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems.
7. Experience in preparing FRS, FDS, testing, and validation exercises, including constructing test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation.
8. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-95, ISA-88, MESA, GMP, etc.
9. Experience in upgrade migrations, including various tools, approaches, and best practices.
10. Understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES.
