Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery of all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on a hyperscale data centre project in Milan, from pre-construction through to completion.
2. Manage early works planning, including groundworks, enabling works, structural concrete, and envelope coordination, ensuring alignment with programme and sequencing.
3. Collaborate with design consultants and internal teams to review drawings, resolve constructability issues, and validate technical submissions.
4. Take a proactive role in site readiness, logistics planning, and temporary works coordination to facilitate a smooth handover to MEP delivery.
5. Monitor progress against schedule and provide regular reports on site activities, contractor performance, and interface issues.
6. Ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols and site standards across all CSA activities.
7. Act as a key point of contact between the client, design teams, and CSA subcontractors, chairing coordination meetings and managing scope changes or variations.
8. Contribute to cost control processes, including forecasting, change tracking, and subcontractor valuations.

Qualifications:

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years’ experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction projects, preferably with exposure to mission-critical or data centre environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex structural and architectural packages from pre-construction to handover.
• Strong coordination skills, with experience managing multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced, high-spec environment.
• Comfortable working across design, commercial, and delivery functions to ensure smooth project execution.
