What you'll do
  • Support the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, the SVP Sales, and the Director of Commercial Excellence in developing the commercial strategy and defining/monitoring go-to-market initiatives.
  • Generate key strategic and sales insights on top prospects/accounts, including business needs, pricing, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor pipeline development initiatives across functions like Demand Generation, SDR, Sales, and Alliances.
  • Develop and update forecasts for deal bookings and revenue for current and upcoming years.
  • Assist in creating a 5-year top-line business plan segmented by geography, product, and customer segment.
  • Support sales and product teams in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Assist in sales enablement initiatives, including improving sales playbooks and narratives.
  • Define sales targets for the next 1-2 years and support the update of sales commission structures.
  • Manage Hubspot CRM structure and evolution.
  • Prepare documentation for alignment meetings with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
What you'll need
  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in top-tier consulting.
  • Experience in tech, software, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience working with private equity professionals is a plus.
  • Proven experience in multinational and multicultural organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving, financial, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and process oversight capabilities.
  • Clear communication skills, from detailed analysis to strategic discussions.
  • Enthusiasm, positivity, and a proactive attitude.
  • Effective listening and influencing skills.
  • Patience and willingness to contribute hands-on.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Hubspot CRM, and BI tools like PowerBI.
