Your Tasks:
  1. Manage the entire Rooms Division Department (Front Office & Bell-Boys, Reservations, Housekeeping).
  2. Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
  3. Develop, implement, and monitor standards.
  4. Handle guest assistance and complaint management, including responding to all guest comments on various channels.
  5. Assist the General Manager in preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  6. Manage costs and quality control.
  7. Plan productivity and staff schedules.
  8. Maintain and oversee systems involved in hotel operations.
  9. Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Front Office Manager, and Housekeeping Department to meet guest requests.
  10. Organize and coordinate hotel operations according to management instructions.
  11. Monitor and control the work of building managers, maintenance staff, and external contractors.
Your Profile:
  • Several years of experience in front office and/or housekeeping roles.
  • Vocational training in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Protel software skills are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership qualities, attention to quality, flexibility, and a hands-on attitude.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for service and ensuring guests receive the best experience.
