For Logista Italia, we are seeking a HR Business Partner (focus on labour relations) based in Bologna.

Role

The HR Business Partner will manage daily HR activities and processes for internal staff and external agency personnel at Bologna sites, aligning with HR strategy and business needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with social partners (unions/works councils) to support stable operations and prevent disruptions, participating in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
• Collaborating with the Labour Relations Team to address HR issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and managing disciplinary disputes.
• Organizing and managing external recruitment in coordination with agencies and supporting internal recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Supporting development plans, career paths, and training initiatives for employees.
• Assisting with organizational change management, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and salary reviews.
• Supporting special projects and HR reporting activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a multinational or complex environment, with proficiency in employment and labour laws, preferably in logistics.
• Experience as a project manager in a structured multinational company; direct business experience is a plus.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Leadership skills, independence, results-oriented, and ability to handle complex situations tactically.
• Strong interpersonal skills across organizational levels, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and aptitude for negotiation and project leadership.
