The essential role of the stock associate is to handle all activities related to delivery and storage of merchandise, ensuring optimal warehouse management.

1. Receive, process, and check incoming and outgoing merchandise.
2. Arrange and label items, and verify anti-theft systems in collaboration with the store team.
3. Sort items and organize them in the warehouse according to company layout and guidelines.
4. Check product availability and replenish the sales area.
5. Participate in warehouse inventories to safeguard company assets and profit.
6. Manage customer order deliveries in the sales area during busy periods, assisting the sales team.
7. Support product sales by providing excellent customer service.
8. Contribute to loss prevention efforts.
9. Preferably have experience in retail sector.
10. Be a team player, organized, methodical, and meticulous. Have a thorough knowledge of the warehouse and products to work efficiently.
11. Ensure surveillance and organization for item control.
12. Be attentive and serious, with good stress management skills to handle peak periods.
13. Having an interest in fashion, especially sneakers and sportswear, is recommended.
