We are seeking a Supervisor for facilities and general services in our Modena (MO) office, responsible for overseeing:

• Building functions, safety, and facility management
• Plant's Prevention and Protection Service
• Security of company assets and personnel
• Purchasing essential products
• Maintenance and development of automation and service equipment

Ideal candidates from the Industrial & Logistics sector should be experienced in facilities and general service management, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Objectives of this role

• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness
• Maintain equipment and building provisions for health and safety
• Plan building installations and refurbishments
• Supervise facilities staff and coordinate with contractors
• Manage insurance and service contracts
• Ensure compliance with maintenance protocols and safety legislation
• Develop safety improvement plans and security standards
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and analyze costs

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the General Service team
• Delegate responsibilities and oversee maintenance inspections
• Monitor building areas and manage budgets
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed
• Support maintenance and installation activities

Skills and qualifications

• Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills
• Knowledge of plant engineering, HVAC, and building systems
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Basic accounting and finance understanding
• Knowledge of automatic storage and material handling systems
• Leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent
• Experience with facility budgeting and contract management
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience and attention to detail
