We are looking for an enthusiastic individual passionate about marketing, who will support the local team in shaping and executing the Italian marketing and communication strategies in alignment with the brand's vision, mission, and goals. You will play a pivotal role in creating, developing, and implementing effective local content and marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and Swatch brand activation in a phygital environment. Your contributions will help increase brand awareness, market share, and client engagement across Italy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing innovative marketing communication ideas to convey the vibrant and joyful spirit of the Swatch brand to the Italian audience.
- Creating and executing engaging content for social media, both independently and with external partners, to communicate Swatch's values, products, and collections to the Italian market.
- Ideating and implementing pioneering brand activations and special projects to surprise the Italian market and promote Swatch's brand values, including brand roundtrips.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying new social and influencer trends to foster collaborations and communication opportunities in Italy.
- Ensuring the correct execution of assigned activities, collaborating with all brand functions and external partners.
- Creating synergy with marketing functions such as digital and traditional media, social media, communication, trade marketing, events, and PR.
- Supporting other marketing initiatives for the Italian market as needed.
Profile To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in social media content creation.
- Proficiency with content creation tools including graphic design, photo, and video editing software.
- Creativity, proactive attitude, project management skills, and a can-do approach.
- A good eye for fashion and aesthetic social content; a network of social talents is a plus.
- Curiosity and the ability to observe social media trends, creators, and themes, especially related to Generation Z.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Languages: Excellent professional proficiency in English is required.
