Job Description:

Adecco Divisione Permanent Recruiting Pavia is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a company operating in the food sector in Voghera (PV). The candidate will join the maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and extraordinary maintenance on production equipment.
2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults to ensure proper machinery operation.
3. Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve plant efficiency.
4. Prepare intervention reports and propose solutions to optimize productivity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial plants and automated machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Availability to work shifts, including night shifts.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
