We are currently seeking a Sales Area Manager for our client, a leading company in the air treatment systems sector. They are committed to developing and supplying innovative and sustainable solutions for a greener future, involved in the development of industrial plants for air and fume treatment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop sales activities within the assigned geographical area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with company objectives and B2B market dynamics.
  3. Coordinate, motivate, and guide the sales team, providing support, training, and feedback.
  4. Monitor individual and team sales performance through data analysis and reporting.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service departments to ensure an integrated market approach.
  7. Participate in defining the sales budget and monitor its adherence.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in air treatment and green solutions sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Proven success in B2B sales roles, preferably in industrial sectors such as HVAC, water/air treatment, or plant engineering.
  2. Experience in managing and coordinating sales teams.
  3. Solid technical knowledge in engineering fields like mechanical, environmental, or energy engineering.
  4. Strong focus on targets with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools and management software.
  8. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
  9. Willingness to travel within the territory.
