Job Opportunity: Buyer

We are seeking a Buyer for a leading company in the design and manufacturing of thermal sanitary and hydraulic products. The candidate will be responsible for managing a group of national and international suppliers within defined and shared product categories.

The role reports to the Purchasing Manager, and the main responsibilities include:

1. Identifying potential new suppliers, negotiating terms, evaluating quality/price ratios, and managing internal qualification processes in collaboration with quality control.
2. Planning purchases based on company needs and supply chain requirements to ensure procurement efficiency.
3. Drafting purchase contracts and general purchasing conditions in accordance with company policies.
4. Preparing purchase orders or RDA.
5. Supporting quality control and corporate systems during supplier visits to evaluate compliance with product or process specifications.
6. Verifying adherence to procedures, managing returns and complaints.
7. Managing supplier documentation and supporting office material archiving.
8. Analyzing internal and external information to modify or propose adjustments to purchase plans.
9. Preparing reports on purchasing activities in collaboration with the direct supervisor.
