Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to lead and support our audio production team for a series of engaging shows. The role involves overseeing all aspects of audio content creation, analyzing performance metrics, and innovating content strategies.

1. Leadership & Support: Lead a team of producers and audio leads to create high-quality shows that maximize listener retention across all stages.
2. Performance Analysis: Analyze show performance data and conduct root cause analysis to address listener drop-offs.
3. Production Management: Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, coordinate with sound engineers, and handle post-production processes.
4. Content Production: Lead scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
5. Content Planning: Collaborate with content teams to understand and plan the content pipeline and resource allocation.
6. Innovation & Feedback: Contribute new ideas for sound design, production processes, and final output; provide ongoing feedback to talent.
7. Collaboration: Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L, talent, and talent representatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with talent and their representatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably interact with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote Work)

Language Proficiency: English and Italian
