Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our audio production team. The role involves managing the creation of engaging shows, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring high-quality output across all stages of show development.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality shows that retain listeners.
2. Analyzing show performance and conducting root cause analysis for drops in listener engagement.
3. Managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Leading all aspects of audio production, including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborating with content teams to plan resources and content pipelines.
6. Contributing innovative ideas related to sound design, production processes, and content output.
7. Providing feedback to talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Working with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L and talent relations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working under pressure and with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Italy.

Language Proficiency: English and Italian.
