- Customer which focuses on transforming the front office around Consumer, Client, Citizen, or Patient, designing and building new products, services, and customer experiences. Sub-competencies include Innovation, Experience Design, Marketing, Sales, and Service.
- Finance professionals assist clients in turning disruptive market changes into sustainable value. This includes Finance Transformation, Industry-related finance services, and Funding for Innovation projects involving European funds.
- Supply Chain & Operations professionals support companies in preparing for autonomous supply chains, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain resilience through strategy, architecture, and operational excellence.
- Digital Risk professionals help clients achieve sustainable growth by protecting business performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Enterprise Risk professionals identify and address risk areas, leveraging technology to build agility and strategic value, focusing on areas like Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Resilience.
- People Consulting helps clients address complex workforce issues, transforming businesses through people strategies. Main teams include HR Transformation and Technology, Talent, and Workforce Advisory, focusing on digital HR, experience gaps, and aligning business and workforce strategies.
