A PR & Marketing Executive plays an important role in supporting the Line Manager to achieve key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The marketing and PR team is vital in uniting all functional areas to ensure the achievement of commercial targets. The role involves managing individual projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and performing daily administrative duties.

What will I be doing?

As a PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the outcomes of the hotel’s marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, communicating promotions to target markets, and addressing business needs. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the delivery and monitoring of marketing and PR strategies, campaigns, and performance reporting.
  • Developing promotional materials, maintaining media libraries, and supporting media relations activities.
  • Promoting hotel marketing activities through media channels and supporting internal communication efforts.
  • Organizing media visits, photoshoots, and hotel filming, ensuring all administrative approvals are in place.
  • Managing social media activities and ensuring brand consistency across all collateral.
  • Supporting loyalty marketing initiatives and digital content management.
  • Responding to customer posts and managing online reputation.
Managing Execution
  • Executing content management across channels including websites, OTAs, and social media.
  • Creating reports on marketing activities and analyzing results.
  • Maintaining and growing hotel databases for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitoring local news and managing hotel reputation.
  • Reviewing third-party website content for accuracy and standards.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and maintaining marketing archives.
  • Supporting crisis communication and achieving performance goals.
Developing Talent

The role emphasizes self-development over team development.

Building Relationships
  • Establishing effective communication with hotel teams and external stakeholders.
  • Developing relationships with media, community organizations, and agencies.
  • Collaborating within the hotel and regional teams to support marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in the native language.

  • Educational background at college level or equivalent experience.
  • Proven understanding of marketing and PR strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, budget management, and project management.
  • Commercial awareness and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Additional advantageous qualities include experience in hospitality marketing, multilingual abilities, and relevant qualifications or courses.
