This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while leading a talented team to create hit shows that resonate with audiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create high-quality shows that keep listeners engaged and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis if there is a drop in listenership at any point of a show.
3. Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers, and post-production.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
5. Collaborate with the content and creation teams to understand the content pipeline and plan resources accordingly.
6. Contribute innovative ideas to keep content exciting, including suggestions regarding sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category Managers and Program Managers to help manage P&L for the category, including collaboration with talent and talent reps.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills to craft and execute world-class creative strategies.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with talent and talent representatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably interact with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote Working)
