Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, and experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party involvement to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth go-live.
  • Oversee different project phases to guarantee that the system implemented meets performance and functional requirements.
  • Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Several years of experience managing international and highly complex IT projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team in dynamic environments.
  • Good familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Past experience with Salesforce implementation projects is highly desirable.
