Industrial Manufacturing Engineering

Mission and Responsibilities:

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement actions across the site. This involves exercising hierarchical responsibilities, managing people, and budgetary accountability.

Key areas of expertise include:

  • Production System: Design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Process Design: Development and implementation of new processes to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase capacity.
  • Ergonomics: Identification and implementation of ergonomic solutions to improve worker safety and comfort.
  • Capacity: Analysis and optimization of production capacity to meet demand while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
  • Simulation Tools: Utilization of simulation tools to model and optimize production processes.
  • Investment: Analysis and recommendation of investments in new equipment, technology, and infrastructure to improve productivity and competitiveness.
  • Cost Analysis: Conducting cost-benefit analysis to inform investment decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Performance: Monitoring and improvement of overall performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and contribute to the company's success.
