Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Book To Report Specialist to join our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), where our company's history began.

The Global Business Service is a Shared Service Center network providing accounting services to our global subsidiaries. The EMEA Shared Service Center, based in Agordo, handles processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes, and Balance Sheet Assets for Italian companies and European subsidiaries.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage month-end accounting closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll)
• Ensure quality and perform monthly analysis of financial reports, including key checks in the account matrix risk such as banks, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, payroll, and tax accounts
• Complete Hyperion reporting timely, fulfilling all required monthly, quarterly, and yearly forms
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Participate in audit and year-end activities
• Manage assets and posting
• Reconcile and post bank accounts

Main Requirements

• Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Business Management with excellent results
• Excellent command of English; additional EMEA languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Arabic) are a plus
• At least 6 months of experience in accounting or auditing within complex organizations
• Strong affinity for quantitative analysis and Excel
• Team-oriented mindset, believing in the power of collaboration
