Job Opportunity at Varese Airport

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the interface between passengers and the airline, communicating clearly and courteously.
2. Assist passengers during pre-flight check-in, verifying documents, visas, and travel tickets, and managing luggage registration.
3. Support passengers in cases of overbooking, delays, or cancellations, providing updated information and resolving issues.
4. Manage boarding operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and Italian.
• High school diploma; a university degree is considered a plus.
• Interest in pursuing a professional career in airports.
• Availability and flexibility to work on 24-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
• Valid B driver's license and own transportation to reach the airport (public transport is unavailable at night).

Additional Information:

We offer a free pre-employment training program necessary for safety and certification purposes in the airport sector.

The course is part of the selection process aimed at hiring candidates and involves no cost to applicants.

The contract is a fixed-term temporary employment (CCNL transport sector - handlers), part-time 30 hours/week, with the possibility of extension.
