Job Description

The mission of the position is to plan and coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products and lines. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, taking into account the optimal use of resources.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparation for production considering order situation, capacities, stock levels, backlogs, procurement, and personnel resources to create an optimal production sequence.
2. Developing detailed production schedules to meet deadlines.
3. Controlling the production sequence to optimize resource use.
4. Coordinating material movements between production units to ensure efficient production runs.
5. Facilitating cooperation among all involved parties and maintaining an effective logistics chain.
6. Setting up and monitoring KANBAN control cycles for raw materials and semi-finished goods.
7. Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed.
8. Maintaining organized paperwork and utilizing ERP systems (SAP/APO) for tracking operations.
9. Providing production documentation and data to ensure high-quality work handling.
10. Reporting on output, status, and performance.
11. Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials requirements.
12. Addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
13. Troubleshooting production problems and preventing shortages or bottlenecks.
14. Collaborating with production teams for clarification and coordination of demands and plans.

Additional Information

Project and Process Experience: Strong understanding of planning management.

Intercultural / International Experience: Experience working with international teams, understanding of foreign cultures, and proficiency in at least one foreign language (Italian and English mandatory).
