Position Description:

As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to manage a team and will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience. This role is crucial for our success, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This remote internship will last for 36 months with the possibility of extension, allowing you to apply your theoretical and practical knowledge in real-world projects.

This internship starts in April or May 2025 and lasts for 3 to 9 months.

Requirements:

1. Design user-centered digital products from ideation to implementation.
2. Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing, to align design with business goals.
5. Create and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
6. Test product usability and iterate based on user feedback.
7. Optimize existing product experiences for better engagement and functionality.
8. Assist in developing brand and visual identity for new products.
9. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Completed or currently pursuing education in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Note: A Google UX certificate or similar online certification does not meet this requirement.
2. A portfolio showcasing at least 3 product or UI/UX-related projects (school, personal, or real client work).
3. Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
4. Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
5. Familiarity with design thinking, user research methodologies, and prototyping.
6. Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
7. Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders.
8. Attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
9. Ability to analyze user behavior and improve user experience based on research and testing.
10. A passion for learning, growth, and innovation.
