Role Overview:
Tether and affiliates are seeking a highly organized self-starter for our Regulatory and Licensing team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the crypto-asset industry within the EMEA region, eager to apply their expertise in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include understanding our products, blockchain technology, and crypto regulations, translating these into strategic recommendations, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting licensing initiatives globally.
Reporting to the regional Lead, you will work with project managers and teams to ensure compliance and successful licensing efforts.
Minimum 5 years of regulatory experience in financial services or crypto-assets, with strong knowledge of EMEA frameworks, regulatory analysis skills, excellent communication, and a university degree. Proficiency in English is required.
