Il candidato selezionato gestirà i processi post-vendita e le richieste dei clienti, collaborando con vari reparti interni e esterni. È richiesta una laurea in ingegneria meccanica e un'esperienza significativa nel settore petrolifero e del gas.

Competenze

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, preferibilmente Master.
  • Esperienza nella gestione dei processi post-vendita nell'industria petrolifera e del gas.
  • Familiarità con le operazioni sul campo e dinamiche tecniche.

Mansioni

  • Condurre rapporti di analisi delle cause, coinvolgendo ingegneria post-vendita e R&D.
  • Agire come punto di contatto principale per i clienti riguardo alle richieste.
  • Monitorare e documentare le richieste nei sistemi pertinenti.

Greentalent, a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering, and Environment markets, on behalf of a multinational company, leader in designing and manufacturing highly-engineered products for minerals, oil and gas, and power industries, is looking for an:

Aftermarket & Warranty Engineer

As part of the Aftermarket & Services department, the selected candidate will act as the reference point for aftermarket processes and customer management. He/she will be accountable—and when applicable, responsible—for addressing functional and non-functional issues after equipment delivery, involving relevant internal and external parties as needed.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

  1. Conduct root cause analysis reports, engaging Aftermarket Engineering and R&D as needed.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers regarding claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  3. Provide the necessary information to Commercial Operations to order and ship spare parts as required by warranties, and to the Field Service Manager to support site activities.
  4. Monitor and document claims in the relevant systems, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates throughout the resolution process.
  5. Track all warranty-related costs in the appropriate systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  6. Collaborate with Quality Control/Assurance and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Strong experience in managing aftermarket processes within the oil and gas industry.
  3. Customer management and coordination with internal functions.
  4. Must be familiar with field operations and technical (onsite) dynamics.
  5. A background in pump issue troubleshooting (including pump system interaction) is nice to have.
  6. Competences in MS Office package.

Location: Milan or La Spezia.
