Reporting to the Head of Security, the EMEA Retail Security Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of a robust Asset Protection Program and Retail Security policies and procedures within the Security Department of Prada Group. This role requires an analytical and detailed leader with a strong background in risk analysis, profit and loss management, shrinkage calculation criteria, security technology standards, fraud patterns, and process-mapping abilities to improve and enhance processes and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Security.
Proficient in English written and spoken.
Previous experience developing business cases for executive management.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint) programs is required.
A hands-on problem solver with a willingness to work in the details and find opportunities to change processes to drive efficiency.
Resiliency and flexibility are key to being successful.
Ability to work collaboratively across several cross-functional teams.
People management skills.
Availability to travel to Italy and abroad 40% of the time.
Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian is a must. French, German, or Spanish knowledge is a plus.
