Ali Lavoro Filiale di Concesio is seeking to hire 10 production operators for a client company located in Val Trompia.

Position:

We are looking for specialized operators or those with a strong interest in galvanic treatments and industrial painting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor galvanic and/or painting plants.
• Prepare surfaces and parts for treatment.
• Apply galvanic treatments (e.g., zinc plating, chrome plating, nickel plating) and/or paints (liquid, powder).
• Perform quality control on finished products according to company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment.
• Experience, even brief, in production environments related to surface treatments of metals.
• Knowledge of different galvanic and/or painting techniques is a significant advantage.
• Attention to detail, precision, and good manual skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to consider different opportunities for employment and growth.
• Reside near the company location.
