What you will do. A glimpse into your role:

We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience in design and production of the following:

  • Improve merchant's knowledge and expertise with our services by providing trainings to client's staff
  • Offer intensive support including product instructions.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers to meet their needs and satisfy expectations
  • Proactively develop and manage business relationships at store level
  • Achieve sales targets and take corrective actions when results deviate from expectations
  • Develop action plans and conduct in-store visits aligned with the company’s strategy
  • Process and present business statistics and insights
  • Ensure the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities, according to the defined plan
  • Deliver activities agreed upon with the customer to the stores
  • Document all merchant-specific information and activities in CRM
Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if you have:

Background and Education

  • University degree is a plus
  • 1 - 2 years’ sales experience
  • Trade Marketing background and Services or Retail field knowledge will be a plus
  • Analytical and planning capabilities
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in English

  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to create personal relationships
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products
