About You

As the Trade Marketing Manager Italy in Kimberly-Clark Professional, you will play a leading role in your market to drive the agenda of the country level plan, the priorities of the channel sales team and execute product changes and introductions in your market. You will report to the EMEA Field Marketing Leader International Family Care & Professional (IFP) for Kimberly-Clark Professional and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). We can offer a temporary contract for a maternity leave (9-12 months contract). Location: the role is remote for candidates already based in Italy.

Your Key Accountabilities
  1. Input into creation and drive deployment of channel value proposition – demonstrating Kimberly-Clark Professional value to our partners through planning meetings.
  2. Champion and drive excellence in channel partner marketing across markets.
  3. Lead strategic evaluation of channel access to key market segments and collaborate with Distributor sales teams to unlock white space by onboarding new channel partners.
  4. Develop and evolve the Commercial Partnership Programme with treatment strategy alongside Distributor sales leaders.
  5. Lead team in delivering ongoing channel engagement and enablement initiatives such as incentives, Price Lists, Channel Catalogues, Promotions, and trade shows/exhibitions.
  6. Lead work to capture, collate, and feed in local market, portfolio, and competitor insights to the category team.
  7. Drive execution of innovation launches, owning seller and channel/Key Account engagement, product listings, and training plans.
  8. Lead communication and execution of Product Changes and deletions efficiently with Channel and End Users customers.
  9. Monitor performance at the country level and develop mitigation plans in local markets.
  10. Manage arrangements with local fulfilment houses and suppliers for samples and marketing materials.
  11. Monitor local websites and address issues or implement initiatives as needed.
What We Need From You
  • Significant marketing experience in FMCG or similar environment, preferably in B2B Trade Marketing.
  • Strong storytelling ability leveraging data, experience, and team input.
  • Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to lead stakeholders through projects.
  • Understanding of financial and market data; ability to interpret and use insights for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in visual management and dashboarding.
  • Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills across functions and cultures.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
