Our marvellous resort is seeking a passionate, bright, and talented Storekeeper Trainee.

Core Work Activities and Responsibilities

1. Receive detailed and accurate information when goods arrive at the hotel, then carefully check and record the quantity and condition of goods when moving out of the warehouse.
2. Check goods receipt/issue requisition documents under regulations to ensure quality and proper delivery.
3. Receive delivery documents, make goods issue requests, and record information in the management system.
4. Arrange neat and organized locations for receiving goods efficiently and promptly.
5. Ensure that the goods receipt and issue processes do not damage the goods.
6. Record goods received notes and delivery notes, noting the quantity of goods.
7. Track daily goods receipt/issue and compare with minimum norms to maintain warehouse efficiency.
8. Monitor minimum inventory levels and stock counts daily.
9. Maintain reasonable minimum inventory levels to accommodate unexpected requests or damaged goods.

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase requisition forms according to plan.
• Follow procedures for purchasing and issuing goods.
• Follow up on the goods receipt process to expedite purchasing and ensure store performance.
• Strictly adhere to fire prevention regulations.
• Adapt quickly to the working environment.
• Demonstrate good teamwork skills.
