We are a European leader in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions. We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, which primarily serves financial intermediaries in Italy, focusing on:

• Strategic business planning: defining corporate strategies and developing industrial plans
• M&A advisory: supporting all phases of financial transactions, from market scouting to asset/company valuation, operational support, negotiation, and deal closure
• Transformation management: redesigning organizational and operational models, managing transformation programs, and evaluating sourcing solutions

Main Tasks:

• Analyzing client companies' operating contexts, historical performance, industry trends, and potential evolution
• Supporting economic-financial and patrimonial projections
• Identifying key performance indicators for monitoring business performance
• Assessing economic value of banking and industrial entities, business units, and portfolios during transactions
• Drafting functional documents and providing expert opinions as an independent third party
• Developing valuation models and conducting quantitative analyses on economic, financial, and equity aspects
• Utilizing software and data platforms to support evaluation analyses

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree with high honors in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering
• Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus

Based in Italy, with flexible remote working options
