We are looking for an ambitious Yacht Sales Executive to represent a select portfolio of yacht brands in the Middle East market.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, well-connected team with access to in-house marketing support, market intelligence tools, and a strong digital presence.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, comfortable with high-value transactions, and passionate about yachting. Your role involves building trust, delivering results, and acting as a brand ambassador for Boutique.Yachts in the region.

Boutique.Yachts is an international group founded in 2010, offering yacht brokerage and digital yachting services with offices in Europe and the Middle East. We provide personalized, discreet services for clients valuing expertise and relationships, covering purchase, sale, construction, charter, and management of yachts.

What you will do:

  • Represent leading yacht brands and manage the sales process from contact to deal closure;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, shipyards, and industry stakeholders;
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and match yachts accordingly;
  • Coordinate visits, sea trials, and negotiations;
  • Work with marketing to generate leads and boost brand visibility;
  • Stay informed on market trends, new models, and competitors;
  • Attend industry events and boat shows as needed.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, or dealership environments;
  • Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Professional, self-motivated, and organized;
  • Bareboat skipper or yacht captain license (or crew experience) is a plus;
  • Based in the EU or UAE with the ability to work remotely.
