As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on on creative projects, mentor junior designers, and drive innovation in design workflows.

What You Will Do:

1. Manage and execute a variety of design assignments (Digital, Print, Presentation, Branding, and Web UI is a plus)
2. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and skill development
3. Collaborate with the team to develop effective design solutions across multiple industries
4. Integrate AI tools into design workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output
5. Conduct training sessions and skill development initiatives for the design team
6. Ensure all designs meet industry standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction, with a proven ability to execute high-level creative projects
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers, with a passion for developing creative talent
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
