Job Description:

Position: Inside the territorial organization, working within the branch, responsible for active policies and professional orientation.

The candidate will handle:

1. Professional orientation activities.
2. Provision of services supporting re-employment/requalification of beneficiaries.

Requirements:

Candidates must meet one of the following:

1. With a Laurea (degree): At least 1 year (within the last 4 years) of experience in employment services, including reception and information, professional orientation, vocational training for job seekers, organizing internships, active labor policies, skills assessment, counseling, and matching supply and demand.
2. Without a Laurea (diploma): At least 3 years (within the last 5 years) of similar experience.
3. Experience in regional employment centers: Documented experience of 1 year in the last 2 years, regardless of education level.

Additional qualities include accuracy, reliability, empathy, teamwork, problem-solving skills, customer contact aptitude, and proficiency with IT tools such as Internet Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, regional information systems, and telecommunication platforms like Teams and Webex.

Other Information:

Offer of collaboration on a P. IVA basis.

Fixed part: €20/hour based on hours worked and documented in logs and management systems.
