In CAMPELLO MOTORS, a new leading brand in the automotive sector, we are expanding our team by strengthening the after-sales area.

Position: Post-Sale Repair and Service Specialist

Based in MESTRE, this role provides top-tier POST-SALE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE to our network of Italian dealerships.

1. Support to dealerships via phone, online, and on-site to resolve technical issues and repair problems.
   • Provide on-site technical assistance during critical diagnoses and report issues accurately, producing standard documentation.
   • Travel may be required to support the network.
   • Manage the brand as a TEC within the workshop at the MESTRE location.
   • Handle technical tickets on the platform, offering suggestions and best practices.
   • Support the warranty department in evaluating complex cases.
   • Conduct periodic technical audits on dealers and resellers to ensure compliance with standards.
2. Automotive Electronics: Diagnose and repair electronic issues, including systems like engine control, ABS, airbags, wiring, etc.
   • Diagnose and repair hybrid, electric, and traditional vehicles.
   • Mechatronics skills to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical problems.
   • Ability to create or translate technical documentation from English for the dealership network.
   • Technical diploma or equivalent skills in vehicle repair.
   • Knowledge of main IT systems (Excel, conferencing software, etc.).
   • Mandatory PES/PAV/PEI courses.
   • Fluent written and spoken English, used daily at all company levels.
3. Additional Requirements:
   • Experience with high-potential automotive brands in a solid company with 50 years of experience.
   • Dynamic environment emphasizing inclusion, learning, and collaboration.
   • Competitive salary.
   • Workplace located in Mestre with travel across Italy.
