Job Description

Your missions

• Conduct functional requirement analysis to support IT solution development
• Write and maintain documentation related to business processes and applications
• Act as a liaison between clients, developers, analysts, and project managers
• Coordinate and execute project testing activities to ensure solution quality
• Monitor and address user support requests, resolving functional or technical issues
• Contribute to the evolution of existing tools and solutions through regular feedback
• Collaborate with third-party QA teams during testing phases
• Support the continuous improvement of IT processes and tools

Your profile

• Experience with programming languages such as Java or C#
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL
• Experience using business process and technical documentation tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops or meetings
• Knowledge of testing or QA automation tools
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively
