Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create effective sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  5. Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure coordinated efforts and successful outcomes.
  6. Event Participation: Represent the hotel at industry events and exhibitions to promote the hotel and attract new business.
  7. Sales Metrics Monitoring: Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Budget Management: Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.
  9. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in sales and hospitality.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and business goals.
  • English Level: At least B2 Level
  • Customer-Focused: A friendly and professional attitude to build positive client relationships.
  • Adaptable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
