Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Rimini, Italy

For a company operating in the tech sector, specializing in automating personnel management processes, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage full payroll processing for a portfolio of clients: payroll slips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
2. Provide direct assistance to assigned companies;
3. Collaborate with the product team to continuously improve HR software;
4. At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
5. Experience in independently managing clients;
6. Good knowledge of the National Collective Agreements for Commerce and Metalworking;
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
8. Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change;
9. Salary range between €24,000 and €27,000, to be evaluated based on the candidate's experience;
10. Daily meal vouchers worth €8;
