Customer Care Nightshift Specialist

Manpower srl is seeking a Customer Care Nightshift Specialist for a prestigious client located in Milano. The specialist, together with the team, manages and provides remote telephone assistance to clients via video calls and phone calls, following procedures and informing various stakeholders (HM, AM, Support, and IT Manager) in a timely manner.

Main Activities:
  • Provide remote telephone assistance to clients via video calls and phone calls.
  • Manage issues following procedures and informing stakeholders promptly (HM, AM, Support, and IT Manager).
  • Ensure, with the support team, the maintenance of high-quality standards in line with the company's Quality strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is appreciated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools necessary for the role (STR, RMS, PMS, and Channel Manager).
  • Good PC skills and familiarity with audio/video communication tools (phone, webcam, headset, cameras, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of PMS used in the chain and remote management software for Kiosks.
  • Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent relational skills aimed at customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
Work Schedule:

From 23:00 to 07:00, Monday to Sunday on shifts for a part-time of 36 hours + two days of smart working.
