2 Assistant Store Managers
The training program includes 3-4 days of classroom training (with food and accommodation provided), followed by 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training at the store, focusing on specific departments.
The initial contract is for 6 months with a Level V contract under the tertiary collective agreement. After 12 months, there is potential for salary increase and stabilization.
Full-time work from Monday to Sunday on shifts, respecting store hours.
