Position: Sales Account (Full-time, internal, no freelance)
Experience: Proven professional experience as a sales account (minimum 5 years)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Fully remote (initial two-week onboarding at the office)
Transport: Car required

What You Will Do

The resource will participate in large teams across inbound, CRO, CRM, CXM, demand generation, and will be involved in all strategic commercial and accounting areas with responsibilities including:

  • Developing new business in the national and international markets using the company’s modern lead acquisition strategies
  • Identifying and qualifying new accounts, closing opportunities, and managing leads generated by social selling actions
  • Maintaining existing clients and building solid relationships for cross-selling
  • Understanding client needs to provide the best service and solutions
  • Creating value for clients by defining clear expected results and developing a strategic success plan including objectives, stakeholders, risks, and metrics
  • Face-to-face visits with clients
  • Presenting and proposing technological products alongside specialists
  • Managing contracts and tenders
  • Keeping up-to-date with best practices and strategies relevant to the role
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Strong teamwork skills and excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven certification in English at least C1 level
  • Operational flexibility
  • Proactive approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and strategic thinking
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing website development, social media marketing, performance marketing, and integrated communication projects
  • Degree in Economics, Communication, Business Languages, Political Sciences or similar disciplines
  • High motivation, enthusiasm, and deep interest in the sector
  • Experience abroad of at least 6 months is a plus
  • Willingness to continuously update on sector trends
