The Challenge

This is a foundational role, and not for the faint of heart. You’ll be:

1. Building core infrastructure from MVP to V1, with AI workflows, payment automation, and creator-facing UX
2. Architecting systems that can support scaling across verticals and markets
3. Designing smart AI-powered features
4. Creating a product you’d want to use — fast, beautiful, and intelligent
5. Making critical trade-offs in speed, quality, and scope — with real users already in the wings

There’s a lot of ambiguity, a ton of autonomy, and no playbook. You’ll define a lot of the stack, the culture, and the product DNA.
