Position: Construction System Implementation Engineer

The Construction System Implementation Engineer is responsible for assisting in the definition, implementation, and deployment of methodologies and systems for the effective management of construction activities. He/she reports to the Construction Methodologies & Systems Group Leader. The position is based on a Home Office setup.

Key Activities & Responsibilities
  1. Support colleagues in matters related to the usage of construction systems and serve as the focal point for training activities both remotely and on-site.
  2. Analyze and support the management of interfaces between construction systems and other company systems (e.g., Marian, Group ERP Information System, MileMate!).
  3. Assist the Site Manager in system implementation on-site and in conducting training activities for deployed systems.
Qualifications & Skills

The candidate should have IT knowledge relevant to the role.

Personal Attributes
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
  • Availability for periodic missions abroad.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and innovative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work technically and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Capacity to handle complex scenarios and quick changes.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a focus on timely performance.
  • Proficiency in IT tools; experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus.

The employee will undertake periodic site missions abroad as required by the project. Only candidates with significant relevant experience will be considered for this position.
