Are you ready to take ownership and make a difference?More information on the roleAs a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) you will : Oversee and coordinate all workstreams related to product development, ensuring alignment across teams.Lead the enhancement of Valueize’s productsDefine and execute the long-term tech vision in alignment with business goalsOwn and evolve the system architecture and infrastructure decisionsLead, grow, and mentor the engineering team (currently 5 members)Work closely with the CEO to scale the product and companyContribute directly to the codebase, especially in early stagesDesired ExperienceProven experience as CTO or tech lead in the SaaS industry and within a startup (min 3+ years).Track Record of Building and Scaling ProductsStrong background with deep expertise in Python (FastAPI), React, Typescript, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Docker, MongoDBSolid understanding of scalable architectures, cloud infrastructure, and devops practicesLeadership skills and experience managing remote engineering teamsProduct-oriented mindset and pragmatic approach to problem solvingExcellent communication skills, including the ability to work cross-functionallyPrevious experience in a startup or 0-to-1 product journey is a big plusAbility to think strategically while executing operationally.Commitment and set upFull timeContract type : Freelancer contractCompensation : 3.5K-4K per month + potential equity + high bonusesLocation : Fully remote.
