Job Description:

Gi Group, a leading multinational Italian employment agency, in collaboration with Gruppo Hera, one of Italy's major multi-utility companies, is seeking to hire at our Treviso office.

Position: Senior Electrical and/or Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Responding to breakdowns or malfunctions of mechanical/electrical components of machinery/production plants;
• Performing scheduled inspections and related restoration/revision activities at an equipped workshop;
• Preparing reports on performed interventions;
• Proposing optimal solutions to eliminate causes and reduce recurrence of faults.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Technical Industrial diploma;
• Has at least 2 years of experience in similar roles (light/heavy carpentry, electrician, plumber, etc.);
• Possesses advanced knowledge of electronics/mechanics, electrical and mechanical components;
• Available to work shifts;
• Demonstrates precision, flexibility, and a proactive approach to autonomous work;
• Experience with complex machinery in industrial settings and knowledge of plastics and MS Office suite are pluses.

• Direct employment with an annual gross salary up to €35,000 plus shift bonus (based on skills and experience);
