Position

We are seeking a Security Expert to support our SaaS companies in implementing team.blue's security standards and tooling. Your objectives include:

• Enhancing security maturity of SaaS companies
• Developing guidance, templates, and onboarding processes for security

You will work on:

• Adopting team.blue standards and policies
• Implementing security tools such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, EDR, and awareness training
• Advising on remediation of security findings
• Developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Building risk registers
• Consulting on security issues

Additionally, you will collaborate with Group Security to create policies and guides to help less mature companies improve their security systems and align with team.blue standards.

The role can be based anywhere in the EU, fully remote or hybrid from one of our offices.

Skills

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years of experience in information security, including governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or technical security
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to communicate risks to technical teams and executives
• Collaboration skills across stakeholders
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity tools, controls, and standards (ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
• Knowledge of GDPR technical security measures

Preferred qualifications include:

• Knowledge of CIS, NIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS
• Certifications such as CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CRISC
• Multilingual abilities in European languages

Working Environment

You will be part of a team of 12 security experts within the Group Security team, working closely with the PMI team. The position offers flexibility for remote, hybrid, or office-based work, with occasional travel for team or company events.
