Role and Key Responsibilities
HRIS Data Governance

In alignment with the strategy defined by the Program Management with the main stakeholders and framed by the Pulse team, take care of the following activities:

  1. Copy down: manage and follow up on the copy down from CSOD Production to test environments and relevant post copy down activities.
  2. Core HR (CHR): maintain the current setup, upgrade when necessary, build new reports if required, and keep documentation up to date.
  3. Employee Engagement Survey (EES): set up each campaign, maintain and upgrade the setup, and build relevant reports.
  4. Recruitment (ATS): contribute to data management.
  5. Performance (EPM): contribute to data management.
  6. Absence (ABS): contribute to data management.
  7. Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, demos, and training on various data aspects.
Edays Administration

In alignment with the strategy defined by the Program Management with the main stakeholder and framed by the Pulse team, administer the product to meet business needs in the following areas:

  1. Rollout: set up Edays Pilot and Production for successful implementation in new entities.
  2. Run: identify and perform setup adjustments for new years, set up local bank holidays, carryover, etc.
  3. Maintenance: assess needs, assign roles to new local admins, create new roles, enable features.
  4. Support: handle incidents/requests promptly and escalate issues as needed.
  5. Research & Development: search, test, and implement new functionalities for continuous improvement.
  6. Problem Solving: assess issues thoroughly and coordinate responses.
  7. Integration with CSOD HRIS: monitor, maintain, and improve integration.
  8. Environments Management: request and follow-up copy downs, explore new releases.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in information systems, human resources, or business process analysis.
  • Deep understanding of HR and IT processes.
  • Knowledge of Cornerstone (CSOD) administration and Core certification is a strong advantage.
  • Certifications in other HR systems are helpful.
  • Knowledge of Edays administration or other Absence Management systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and research attitude.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Customer-oriented with organizational skills to multitask and prioritize.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and improve from experience.
  • Proficiency in web technologies and operating systems.
