Job Responsibilities and Requirements

You will be responsible for the PH Division's sales forecasts, ensuring product availability aligns with customer and company needs.

Obtain validated demand volumes from all Business teams and circulate information among internal partners (marketing, customer service, supply).

What You Will Do

1. Manage sales forecasts:

• Prepare Monthly Demand reviews, conduct meetings with local customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and validate annual volumes.
• Consolidate demand data in SAP and MKI files weekly.
• Reconcile quarterly demand forecasts with Finance.
• Attend monthly S&OP meetings.
• Monitor product life cycles.
• Update forecasts aligned with PIPO.
• Set up forecasts for new products and monitor sales and forecasts.

• Update forecasts in line with PIPO.
• Set up forecasts for new products and monitor sales/forecasts.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor forecast performance indicators weekly (accuracy lag4 and BIAS).
• Participate in weekly enrichment calls and bi-monthly MKI calls to analyze forecast deviations and develop corrective actions.
• Check business opportunities and losses in CRM, update potential lists and forecasts.
• Analyze SLOC root causes and attend weekly meetings with supply and logistics teams.
• Update 'product availability' files to provide visibility on production and supplies of out-of-stock items, attending bi-weekly 'product availability' meetings.
• Set up routing for stock allocation, monitor local stocks, and request stock transfers if necessary.
• Continuously improve procedures.

Who You Are

• Higher education in sales, management, or logistics (BAC+4) or proven professional experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level).
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
