Role Overview: We are seeking a Community & Event Management Part-Timer to activate and grow local ecosystems, serve as a connector between our platform and local changemakers, and foster collaborations and engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Activate and grow communities aligned with sustainability and innovation
• Organize online and in-person events to energize and connect
• Build relationships with speakers, thought leaders, and local innovators
• Create content to share our mission and foster engagement

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Onboarding into Hubbers' community dynamics and event strategy
• Planning, promoting, and executing community events
• Collaborating with speakers, sponsors, and partners
• Facilitating conversations for collaboration
• Producing engaging content to showcase community voices
• Reporting on impact and engagement metrics
• Listening to feedback and translating it into action

Training may be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.

Who You Are: You are a natural connector passionate about people and purpose, with experience or motivation in community building, event organization, or content creation. You care about sustainability, collaboration, and driving change. Fluency in Italian and English, organization skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are essential.
