Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consortium members.
• Prepare and submit financial and technical proposals, including searching and preparing CVs, drafting methodologies, and budgets.
• Manage awarded projects by communicating with field experts, preparing contract documents, ensuring quality control of deliverables and reports, coordinating experts' work, and monitoring budgets.
• Monitor statistics and data related to proposals and projects for internal use and EU reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• A master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
• Proven success in winning and managing international development projects.
• Previous experience working with EU and EIB FWCs.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

Additional Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, excellent teamwork, strong independent drive, goal orientation, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language Skills

Fluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level) and fluency in oral and written French or Spanish.
