Novogene Job Opportunity: Commercial Specialist in EU

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Platform and Document Management
- Platform Checks: Regularly monitor multiple electronic procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) to stay updated on procurement notices and requirements.
- Document Management: Download, fill out, and verify the accuracy and compliance of necessary documents from suppliers.
- Document Upload: Timely upload completed documents following procedures for on-time submission.
- Document Updates and Maintenance: Regularly review and update business documents to ensure access to the latest versions.
Tender Management- Tender Filling: Integrate existing documents and fill in correct sections according to tender requirements.
- Document Organization: Assist sales in preparing and uploading bidding documents.
- Document Update: Maintain business-related documents for internal bidding in their latest versions.
- Tender Archiving: Organize and archive bidding materials after submission.
Logistics Support- Customer Shipment Booking and Troubleshooting: Resolve sample delivery issues with third-party couriers and customs.
Accounts Receivable Support- Invoicing and Payment Management.
Other duties as assigned by managers.Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Business Management; biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or a regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding English communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
- Native or business-level proficiency in Italian.
